We're so excited to welcome you to our Midweek Wedding Weekend in Julian, California! Below you'll find everything you need to know to plan your trip and settle in once you arrive.

Sacred Mountain Ranch is located in the mountains of Julian, approximately one hour east of downtown San Diego.
Flying
If you're traveling by air, we recommend flying into San Diego International Airport (SAN). It's the closest airport to the venue and offers the most flight options.
Other nearby airports include:
John Wayne Airport (SNA) – approximately 2 hours away
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) – approximately 2.5 hours away
Rental Cars
We recommend renting a car if you're flying. Ride share services are limited in Julian, and having your own transportation will make traveling to and from the ranch much easier.
Rental cars are available at all major airports.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all guests staying at Sacred Mountain Ranch.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive on Tuesday, September 1.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
When you RSVP, we'll ask for:
Your expected arrival time
Whether you'll be driving or flying
This helps us coordinate arrivals and ensure a smooth check-in experience for everyone.
Wedding Party, Parents & Officiant
If you're participating in the ceremony, please plan to arrive with enough time to be ready for our 6:00 PM ceremony rehearsal.
Following the rehearsal, everyone will gather for our Welcome Dinner from 7:00–9:00 PM.
Please Note: Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 4:00 PM based on their travel plans. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, we'll email you detailed self check-in instructions before the retreat, including parking directions, cabin access, and where to find your welcome materials.
All guests will be staying onsite at Sacred Mountain Ranch in a collection of cabins and shared accommodations throughout the property.
Cabin assignments have been thoughtfully arranged in advance and will be provided at check-in.

Our hope is that once you arrive, you'll be able to settle in, unplug, and enjoy the retreat with us without needing to leave the property.

Departure
Cabin check-out is at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 3.
After check-out, we'll gather one last time for a farewell brunch before everyone begins the journey home.
